comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the requested time.
- Bookings can be made via our website form, phone call, or WhatsApp.
- Estimated fares provided during booking are indicative; actual fares may vary based on route changes
or wait times.
2. Fare & Payment
- Toll taxes, parking charges, and state taxes are extra and must be paid by the customer unless
otherwise specified.
- In case of outstation trips, the customer is responsible for the driver's night stay allowance if
the trip extends overnight.
- Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, or Online Bank Transfer directly to the driver or the company
account.
3. Cancellation & Waiting Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for local trips.
- A nominal waiting charge applies after the first 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
- For outstation trips, cancellation charges may apply if the cab has already left the garage.
4. Passenger Conduct
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances inside the taxi is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged as per actual repair costs.
- Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and valuable items.
5. Liability
- Rohtak Taxi Service is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, road closures, or unpredicted
weather conditions.
- We strive to provide punctual service, but we recommend booking early for airport transfers to
account for traffic.
6. Use of Information
Your booking data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We only use
your phone number to coordinate trip details.
