At Rohtak Taxi Service, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains our procedures for
cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Local Trips: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the pickup time. A cancellation
fee of ₹200 may apply if cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled time.
- Outstation Trips: Free cancellation up to 6 hours before the pickup time. If the
vehicle has already left the garage, a basic service charge (diesel/driver expense) will be
applicable.
- No Show: If the customer is not at the pickup point within 30 minutes of the
scheduled time and does not respond to calls, it will be treated as a "No Show" and a full service
fee may be charged.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If a booking is cancelled by Rohtak Taxi Service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle
breakdown), a full refund of any advance payment will be processed.
- In case of a breakdown during the trip, we will attempt to provide an alternative vehicle. If we
fail to do so, a refund will be issued for the uncompleted portion of the trip.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Wallet).
- For cash payments made to the driver, please contact our support at 8708695449 for refund
coordination.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you have any issues with your ride or feel you have been overcharged, please contact us immediately
with your booking details. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
